1. Access to data by Catpedigreeworld and the Business User:

• 1.1. During the term of the agreement with the Business User, and for a period thereafter, Catpedigreeworld has access to information and data of Business Users provided by them when using the Website or that are generated, or used in execution of the license for content contained in these Terms of Use, in the context of its services. This includes information that Business Users provide to Catpedigreeworld when they register, such as personal data, various information necessary for the creation of an account, message content, and content. • 1.4. After the termination of the agreement with the Business User, Catpedigreeworld may retain information and data from the Business User's account to the extent permitted by law.

2. Sharing personal data with third parties

Catpedigreeworld does not sell your data to third parties and will only provide it if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. We enter into a processing agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. 3. Social Media

If you use social media, such as Facebook, and you indicate that you like an advertisement, this advertisement will appear on your social media account. This does not give us access to your social media account, but you can share ads that you like or find interesting with your friends. All data that you leave with us is safely locked away with the most modern techniques. If you have nothing to do with your data, you can't access it.
